Superior Grade CBD Products
The owner of Cheer Organics says, “To create exceptional quality products you have to go above and beyond the industry standard”. This is for people who live an active lifestyle or for those who want to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
To further our mission of creating superior broad-spectrum CBD products, Jason set out to find the right experts and choose his partners very carefully. After extensive research, he decided to work with the largest grower, manufacturer, and distributor of hemp-derived phytocannabinoids in the U.S. This partner makes the raw hemp compounds used in our products.
Our partners naturally developed genetic strains of phytocannabinoid-Rich (PCR) hemp grown in the U.S.A., employing organic farming practices. The state-of-the-art cloning program ensures consistency of our genetic strains and promises a safe and regulated product, with full-bodied characteristics.
Below we will show you an overview of our proprietary and GMP-certified process.
What Sets Us Apart?
Our Step By Step Process For The Highest Quality CBD
Step 1: Distinguished Farming
Every product that’s created starts with our natural proprietary strains of phytocannabinoid-rich hemp. All of the hemp we use is grown in nutrient-rich soil in the United States. Our farmers operate under strict guidelines and we take advantage of a state-of-the-art farming process.
Not only does this enhance the quality of our natural proprietary strains, but it also makes sure our products are safe, regulated, and unsurpassed in their potency and consistency.
Step 2: Raw Hemp Processing
The plants used are dried and warehoused after they are harvested. When we need a plant for production, it is milled into a coarse powder. The milling process adheres to the highest quality standards in the industry. Once processed, it is shipped to a processing and manufacturing facility here in Colorado.
Step 3: Proprietary Extraction and Solids Separation
We use a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process that involves supercritical CO2, a commonly used method of extraction. This makes sure that all of hemp’s beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids are preserved. It also gets rid of unwanted compounds while preventing natural molecules from degrading. What’s the result? The purest quality hemp oil available.
The patented techniques avoid exposing extracted products to high temperatures or adverse conditions, common with other manufacturers’ fractional distillation processes. This advanced approach preserves the plant’s terpene profile, eliminating potential degradation of cannabinoids and mitigating potential oxidation of other botanical compounds.
Every drop of our phytocannabinoid-rich (PCR) hemp oil contains many of the cannabinoids present in the hemp plant. You will also find a variety of naturally occurring terpenes, flavonoids, and amino acids found deep in our plant’s DNA. What this means for you is that our products contain a spectrum of beneficial natural compounds.
While CBD on its own offers many benefits, a growing body of research has found that a phytocannabinoid-rich product (a product containing other naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes derived from hemp) leads to multiplying benefits. This is called the “Entourage Effect”.
But the refining isn’t quite done. Once extracted, the oil is then pressed to separate most of the oil from undesirable plant solids like waxes that can undermine the flavor.
Step 4: Distillation
The oil is then distilled to separate the hemp extract from the food-grade ethanol used in the extraction process. In fact, we are one of the few facilities in the world that use this food-grade ethanol.
Step 5: THC Removal and Refining
One of the most important steps in producing our broad-spectrum oil is to extract even the most minuscule traces of THC. THC is the compound found in cannabis that produces the “high” associated with the plant.
A chromatographic purification process has been able to selectively remove the singular psychoactive component, Delta 9-THC. The absence of detectable THC is confirmed through Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) instruments.
This proprietary technology removes the unwanted compounds still present in the oil. These compounds include chlorophyll, wax, plant pigments, and trace amounts of THC. It is then “rinsed” and “furbished” to create the purest quality of THC-free CBD oil available.
As you can see on our broad-spectrum lab reports, our products contain no detectable (0.0%) THC.
Step 6: In-House and Third-Party Lab Testing
Every production run is tested for quality and potency. This makes sure that all of the cannabinoids, terpenes, essential fatty acids, and phytonutrients are consistent and pure.
Every batch goes through stringent testing in our partner’s in-house laboratory. When the batch passes, it receives a Certificate of Analysis that we make available to our customers. We also include third-party labs to verify and confirm the certificates.
Step 7: Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology
Our softgels are unique and are required to go through another step in transformation. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process that converts it into water-soluble, nano-sized particles leading to greater absorption and therefore enhancing benefits.
Our competitors’ hemp oil particles fall from anywhere between 150 and 5000 nanometers in size. Our nano-sized particles are 25-60 nanometers in size. This microscopic size gives them better bioavailability, resulting in much more potent absorption.
This nanoemulsion process makes our softgel formulas at least two times more bioavailable than oil-based products.
What can this mean for you? You can use less of our product with the same results as higher doses of our competitors’ products.
